I began my fitness/wellness journey in 2017 centered around a healthier diet and bi-weekly personal training with Freddy. Since then, I have lost 35+ pounds and have attained my best fitness level in decades. Freddy has played a key role throughout this process, helping me not only with my fitness quest but also providing valuable guidance on nutrition, sleep and overall wellness. He approaches every training session with a professional and thoughtful attitude, always tracking his client’s progress and adapting to changing circumstances. I’m 32 years old and I started working with Freddy 6 months ago because I have rheumatoid arthritis.  I wanted help improving my mobility and slowly gaining my strength back.  Freddy put a plan together for me that has gradually improved both.  Knowing about my illness he made sure to take things slowly and build over time.  My mobility has improved, my strength is coming back and it’s helped a ton with my joint pain.  We’re also focusing on my nutrition to help me lose some belly fat and keep my joint inflammation down. He sets my calories, macros, and checks in to see how I’m feeling/if I’m meeting my nutrition goals too. I’m down 10 lbs since my first weigh-in. I truly feel great physically and mentally. I’m also relieved because I didn’t think I would get back in shape with my illness. We’re setting new muscle building goals for the future and I’m excited to smash through them.

Freddy was my personal trainer from 2016 through 2018. After a prolonged period of self-training, I met Freddy. I can say unequivocally that I never felt better than when I was trained by Freddy. I describe it as feeling like “I could run through a brick wall”. Expecting a traditional training program, I was surprised when he contorted me in ways I never thought possible. In the end, I was more flexible and stronger (physically and mentally) than I’d ever been. Equally as important, Freddy was very sensitive and thoughtful in the regimen... he’s not a trainer who deems success as making his clients puke. My metamorphosis would have been tough enough to achieve when I was young; it’s near impossible when you’re middle aged like I am. At my 32 years of age, after many attempts to lose weight & regain my strength, I began to realize that my body didn’t have the same stamina, strength, energy levels, mobility, & muscle recovery time it used to have. I was very unhappy with my weight always fluctuating. It was a continuous cycle of self-training for a few months, see results, get injured, and regain the weight. I knew I was doing something wrong and had to search for guidance.

Not only have I lost around 13lbs, but I feel stronger, healthier, more flexible, and energized throughout the day. Zero Boundaries is the best program that I have ever used. Freddy spends time carefully understanding your personal goals and why you want to achieve them. This is what makes him so unique compared to the other online programs out there. I have purchased programs from popular fitness YouTubers and I’m sure they work for some people but Zero Boundaries was built for me specifically and that’s why it works. This isn’t just a workout plan, Freddy takes a wholistic approach to his clients. We spoke about water intake, sleep quality, macro ratios, supplements, and also the workouts. The first program he built for me was when I had lots of time and my goal was to put on muscle. But when my work schedule changed I contacted him again and we made changes that fit my schedule so that I can achieve my goals regardless of life changes. I am lucky enough to have a full gym in my garage but he has bodyweight only programs as well. So it can work for anyone with or without equipment. I highly recommend Freddy and he has been a pleasure to work with!

ZB performance was my jumpstart into a healthier lifestyle. After going through a few training programs with Freddy, I was able to take what I learned and create a routine for myself. I’ve been training with Freddy since I graduated college back in 2017. Once I started working, I fell into a routine that made it difficult to be consistent with my workouts. I struggled with lingering knee injuries from playing soccer in school and with a new sedentary lifestyle from sitting a desk all day, which caused new lower and upper back pain.
