Wittenberg Mountain Trail
Wittenberg Mountain Trail is the real deal if you are looking for a long and challenging hike. This out and back trail near Phoenicia, NY has a 2,600 ft elevation gain, which leads to one of the best views that the Catskills has to offer. Dogs are allowed on this trail but must be kept on leash.
